The Life Wide Learning Day was a vibrant success this year, giving our S5 students a colorful glimpse into various career paths and industries. The morning session, in collaboration with St. James’ Settlement, featured engaging activities in fields such as health, e-sports and engineering, hotel and tourism, advertising and media, aviation service, and interior design and marketing.
Through hands-on experiential games, students delved into these industries, gaining valuable insights and clarifying their career aspirations. The afternoon segment saw students visiting companies aligned with their interests, including TLC Tender Loving Creatures for pet hospice services, Haesl focusing on aviation engineering, Happy-Retired specializing in soft meals, TST Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic offering insights into physiotherapy, and Phase Scientific showcasing biotech.
Despite the day’s split schedule, the students remained attentive and enthusiastic, absorbing firsthand knowledge from industry professionals. Their interactions with insiders left them inspired and motivated about their future career paths. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the companies for opening their doors and enriching our students’ learning experiences.
