我校校祖那夏理女士從九歲立志為主作工，十三歲決心前往東方國家宣揚基督福音。1867年，當她二十三歲時，奉長老會海外傳道會之命，從美國出發前赴廣州展開在華五十六年的宣教工作。讓我們重溫校祖與傳教士們一生奉獻的故事，在他們身上體現堅毅、創新和協同的精神，見證上帝對僕人生命的陶造，使之成為合乎主用的器皿。
Actions Speak Louder Than Words: The Story of Ms. Noyes and Missionary
Ms. Harriet Newell Noyes, the founder of our school aspired to serve the God and spread His words at the age of nine. She put her words into action when she turned thirteen. That year, she embarked her journey to the East to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. In 1867, sent by the Board of Foreign Missions of the Presbyterian Church, she continued her journey of delivering God’s messages in Canton (Guangzhou), which marked her 56-year long missionary work in China.
